Plymouth Argyle vs Sunderland Live: Tension building as game remains goal-less

Home Park is going to be packed as Plymouth Argyle take on League One play-off rivals Sunderland this afternoon.

The Green Army have snapped up all available tickets for the much-anticipated Easter Monday match as Steven Schumacher’s Pilgrims battle to secure a top six finish this season.

Argyle have picked up only a point from their last two games, a 0-0 draw away to Burton Albion followed by the 2-0 defeat at Wycombe Wanderers on Good Friday.

However, their form at Home Park has been outstanding. The Pilgrims have won six successive games and not conceded a goal in any of them.

Sunderland are two points behind fourth-placed Argyle in seventh spot after winning their last three matches – all after scoring very late goals.
